YİĞİT ŞARDAN (Chairman) has been active in the advertising scene in Turkey, now for 28 years. Sardan is the Chairman of the Güzel Sanatlar Group of companies (Güzel Sanatlar Saatchi & Saatchi, Zenith, Optimedia, Med Production, Spark Strategic Planning, Ping, Netbook, Radyoevi, Fikir Merkezi), one of the biggest communication groups of the country.

ALİNUR VELİDEDEOĞLU (Vice Chairman & Creative Director) has been active in the advertising scene in Turkey, now for 34 years. Velidedeoğlu is the Vise Chairman of the group of companies (Güzel Sanatlar Saatchi & Saatchi, Zenith Optimedia, Spark Strategic Planing) share holder of Med production. Including President & Ceo of DFH Broadcasting USA, Alternative Marketing and Inter-AD. He is also professional photographer, director and designer.

KAYHAN ŞARDAN (CEO) Galatasaray High School, Bilkent University Tourism followed by MBA in the US... For the first two-three years, I did various hotel and travel agency jobs. Thereafter, I am still pursuing my advertising career which started in 1994 at Los Angeles Saatchi&Saatchi. I served clients in automotive, tobacco, dairy products and supermarket sectors, and I am still happily looking for more, seems that I do love my job indeed...

NİLGÜN DOĞAN (Vice President-Finance) Started my finance career in 1983. After 1993, I worked as Accounting Manager at Ektrans International Transportation of Ekinciler Holding and Mars International Logistics Company. As I was thinking “I need a good change”, in 1993 I continued with my career path at GSSS. I have spent 12 years in GS group companies; still trying to prove that Finance Officers are not monsters!

PINAR DÜLGERLER DİNÇ (Vice President–Client Services) ODTÜ Business Administration Graduate, my dream was an advertising career and upon graduation I started working at Markom Leo Burnett followed by Merkez Ajans, Terranova experience followed by Client Relations Coordinator at Euro RSCG. I am now at Güzel Sanatlar since 2004. I have worked for a variety of international and local brands ranging from ETİ, Vestel, Peugeot, Coca-Cola, Intel, Philips, Pfizer, Yapı Kredi, Banvit, Finansbank, Castrol, BMC, Çamlıca Soft Beverages, Dışbank, Merkez Group, Sabah.

I have offered my services to various major brands in media, automotive, telecommunication, real estate, finance, dairy products sectors, to hypermarkets and policital campaigns which I greatly enjoy... Entering my 15th year committed to advertising, I must say that an advertising career demands affection and fondness...

YELDA AKTUNA (Spark* Vice President–Strategic Planning) 1994 Galatasaray High School and 1999 Bosphorus University graduate and in Güzel Sanatlar Saatchi & Saatchi since 2000. I worked in creative and strategic planning departments before becoming the Strategic Planning Director and The Director of Spark*. Before GSSS, I worked in several magazines as writer and photographer... When I can get some time off, I play computer games, solve tricky puzzles, listen to all sorts of music and just wander around...

AYŞE ÇELEPÇİ (Vice President–Client Services) 1991 Sankt Georg's Austrian College and 1997 Bosphorus University, Business Administration graduate. She is working at Güzel Sanatlar Saatchi & Saatchi since 1997 with some occasional time-outs. Worked in strategic planning, account relations and creative departments for several years and finally decided on Account Relations. She also worked at Turkcell's marcom and Leo Burnett for about 3 years. Likes movies, reading, and her little daughter Lal and her funny dog Dudu.
